Trew Automation is looking for an individual to assist with cataloging our spare parts inventory. This part-time role will be responsible for photographing spare parts in our warehouse, uploading images to our website, and organizing them in our internal file system. The role also includes general administrative support such as data entry, spreadsheet updates, and collecting product information.

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality images of spare parts using company-provided equipment.
  • Upload and organize images in our website content management system and internal file storage.
  • Maintain consistent file naming and organization standards.
  • Assist with collecting, verifying, and updating product information.
  • Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal databases.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to assist the parts team.
