We’re looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven CRM Executive to help turn our marketing and trading plans into engaging, customer‑centric direct communications.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for briefing, building, and deploying emails across broadcast, targeted, and automated journeys. Reporting into the Head of Retention, you’ll work closely with our creative, brand, merchandising and CRM teams to ensure every communication aligns with our brand, speaks clearly to each audience segment, and supports our wider retention strategy.

This is a full‑time position of 37.5 hours per week, which requires working in the office for 3 days and remotely for 2 days.
