Job summary

A leading health and wellness organization in Brighton is seeking a Corporate Fitness Coach to deliver outstanding fitness services to corporate clients. The role involves providing personalized coaching and energetic group classes, while also engaging with members to maintain their health and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification. This position offers a competitive salary of £26,208 per annum along with various perks including a pension plan and health cash plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of personal training, coaching and group fitness class experience.
• A proven track record of establishing training needs and delivering interventions.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5* gym floor customer service.
• Write client programmes and offer support to members.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the gym facility.
• Engage with members and guests on the gym floor.
• Teach various studio and gym floor classes.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks.
