A nonprofit organization for adult education in Cambridge seeks a part-time Cooking With Cannabis Instructor for Spring 2026. The role involves teaching various cannabis-based culinary courses while engaging a diverse adult learner demographic. Experience in the food and beverage sector and as an educator is essential. The Cambridge Center for Adult Education, located in Harvard Square, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, low-cost learning opportunities to the diverse adult population of greater Boston.
We are actively seeking a part-time instructor to teach a cooking or mixology course with cannabis for adults, beginning in our Spring 2026 term.
We invite experienced educators to introduce new classes that blend culinary technique, cultural and historical perspectives of food, and cannabis integration. Interdisciplinary classes that explore the cultural and historical aspects of food, in addition to hands‑on techniques, are highly encouraged. If you wish to propose a class not listed below, please include a brief description (≤500 characters) in your letter of interest.
The hourly rate starts at $25+ per hour for all instruction and preparation time and is commensurate with experience. Instructors may also attend one free class per term (up to $300).
