A local support organization in Crewe seeks Community Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities. You will provide person-centred support, including personal care, medication administration, and community engagement. No experience necessary as full training will be provided. Ideal candidates should exhibit compassion, have excellent English, and a full UK driving license. Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Network provide support to adults who have Learning disability, living in their own homes in the local Community. We are looking for Community Support Workers to join our team; you will be working in the Crewe & Nantwich and surrounding area.
We have 4 x 25-hour posts, 3 x 20-hour posts and 1 X 26.25-hour post.
You’ll be part of a team providing 24-hour person-centred support which includes the following:
We work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure services reflect each person’s choices, aspirations, and preferences.

(Shifts: 07:30am–3pm / 3pm–10pm, with optional sleep-ins)
