A community-focused hospice care provider is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join their Bath and Keynsham team. The role entails providing expert palliative care while conducting holistic assessments of patients. The ideal candidate holds a First Level Nurse qualification and clinical experience at Band 5 level. We are here for anyone in our community who is facing a life-limiting illness. Using our full breadth of service, we create individual care journeys, which start at diagnosis and continue with bereavement support for family, carers and children.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Bath and Keynsham Team alongside existing members of our very supportive Patent and Family Servies Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.
The post holder will provide excellent skills in palliative care by:
Working in the Bath and Keynsham area.
This is a Part Time position, working 30 hours over 4 days.
Due to the community based nature of the role, the post holder will need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
