A local council authority is looking for a Community Projects Officer to join their Communities and Projects Team temporarily, covering maternity leave. This role focuses on planning and delivering projects that empower Rugby Borough Council tenants to enhance their social housing outcomes and community independence. Offering a hybrid working model with 35 days of annual leave and various professional development opportunities, this position is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement and support.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Projects Officer to join the Communities and Projects Team on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave. We expect this role to commence in late February 2026 and end on 31 December 2026.
You’ll focus on planning and delivering projects that will offer opportunities for Rugby Borough Council tenants to improve outcomes in our social housing, and supporting our communities to be more independent, financially inclusive, healthy, and to realise their potential.
