Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Band 2/3 HCA or equivalent in a care environment.
• Able to complete the Diploma in Health and Social Care within 2 years.
• Must achieve Care Certificate within 12 weeks of commencement.

Responsibilities

• Support recovery for individuals with complex social and emotional needs.
• Deliver physical health interventions such as taking blood pressure or ECGs.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care.
