A community health organization in England is seeking a Mental Health Nurse to join the Petersfield and Bordon Community Mental Health Team. This role is open to both qualified and newly qualified nurses, with support available to complete the Trust Preceptorship Programme. Responsibilities include providing support to individuals with severe mental health needs, demonstrating experience with CPA processes, and participating in ongoing professional development. A full driving license and access to a car are essential.
An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Mental Health Nurse to join the Petersfield and Bordon Community Mental Health Team. This post is open to both Qualified and Newly Qualified Nurses. If you are newly qualified, you will be supported to complete the Trust Precentorship Programme.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and provide support to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, who require community support. The work is varied and interesting and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support for the successful applicant. The role requires lone working, use of initiative and a commitment to team working and service user empowerment. You will need to be able to work flexibly and to demonstrate solid experience of the CPA process, risk assessment, and the recovery model.
Regular supervision will be provided by appropriate staff member in the team.
As a team player, you'll be able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and have a customer focused approach.

We have a varied and comprehensive list of learning beyond registration courses alongside inhouse trust training and will support staff to engage in relevant, identified courses, including the established preceptorship programme
