A leading food manufacturing company in the UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance for the Produce account. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing significant grocery retail accounts, excel in financial acumen, and work on category strategy development. Responsibilities include driving growth, analyzing trends, and managing senior stakeholders to deliver value across the supply chain. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of one of our biggest accounts. You’ll have direct responsibility for the Morrisons Produce account, a multimillion turnover portfolio across Roots, Potatoes & Fruit.
Owning performance, driving growth and shaping category strategy. This is a highly visible role, working closely with Morrisons, Procurement and Operations to deliver value across the end-to-end supply chain. You’ll also lead and coach a Commercial Executive, ensuring strategy is translated into effective day to day execution.
