A leading life sciences company in Chorley is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to oversee international accounts within clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for the Clinical Trials industry. This role requires at least 3 years of customer-facing experience and offers a hybrid working model, where the successful candidate will work in the office 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Facing or Account Management role, preferably business to business (B2B).
• Previous experience managing large scale customer projects and their operational requirements.
• Ability to work and collaborate with senior leadership across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all data and communication related to the allocated clinical trial project.
• Work with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Coordinate Customer Contracts and Clinical budgets.
