This entry‑to‑mid level role is ideal for candidates who are resilient and have a drive to succeed. Ideally you’ll bring some experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales (preferably within a software or technology environment). However, what matters most is your attitude. You will have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving growth targets. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Confident using CRM tools and comfortable engaging clients via phone, email, and video.
In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business successes through meaningful partnerships.
