A financial services company in Wembley is looking for a Client Service Manager to manage client services effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, demonstrate a positive attitude, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools. Responsibilities include client communication, managing applications, and office administration. A competitive salary, bonus, and generous leave are offered.

Positive friendly attitude: You must haveenthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
You take pride in your work: you have an eye for detail and focus on quality, you value getting things completed right the first time. You hate being late, you keep things on track and to a deadline.
Self-motivated: you take the initiative and able to problem solve. You can multi task and prioritise your work.
Technology is your friend: You are highly competent at Office 365 – including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Ideally have used Xplan.
Key aspects of the role:
Client Services – responsible for a a small number of clients, answering questions on thephone or email, scheduling appointments and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Implementation -preparing and lodging application forms with various product providers. Ensuring changes are implemented accurately and in a timely fashion is critical to the delivering advice and positive outcomes for clients. .
Office Administration - general scanning, binding and photocopying where required.
CRM Management – adding / updating client information, follow and update workflow tasks in our client management system (Xplan) and Dropbox.
You should take comfort with the knowledge that the Directors of the business will not ask you to do something they wouldn’t do themselves.
