Job summary

A growing client services firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Administrative & Client Services Officer. In this role, you will manage client workflows, ensure the CRM system is compliant, and support advisers. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in admin or client services, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This position allows for autonomous and remote work.

Qualifications

JOB DETAILS

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative & Client Services Officer to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are seeking someone who takes ownership, shows initiative, and delivers excellence. Reporting directly to the Principal Adviser, your role will include:

  • respond to all emails
  • Managing and progressing client workflowsand tasks across the advice lifecycle
  • Ensuring our CRM systemis always up to date, compliant, and complete
  • Supporting the adviser with phone, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and document handling
  • Providing a warm, friendly point of contact for clients via phone and email
What We’re Looking For

We’re after a dependable, tech-savvy team member with a genuine care for clients and a passion for precision:

  • 🌟 3–5 years’ experience in admin or client services (financial planning preferred)
  • 🌟 Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • 🌟 Excellent phone mannerand written communication
  • 🌟 Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and CRMs
  • 🌟 Able to work independently, take initiative, and think critically
  • 🌟 Passion for client service and the willingness to learn and grow
  • 🌟 Ability to work autonomously and remotely
