A leading insurance provider is seeking a Claims Performance Manager to oversee and enhance supplier performance within the claims network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims processes and demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will analyze performance data, drive improvements, and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and brokers. This role requires extensive travel within the UK and offers a commitment to diversity and employee progression.

The role of Claims Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of Admiral Business Claims’ network of suppliers. You will drive performance improvements, and act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that supplier performance is of the required standard to deliver upon our goal of providing our customers a market‑leading claims service.
