About the Role

North Kent Mind is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Programme Lead to help drive forward our Children and Young People’s services. The role focuses on coordinating our school-based early-intervention programmes and supporting the development of our NHSE trainee pathways. You’ll work closely with schools, partners and our internal CYP team to ensure the service runs smoothly, safely and to a high standard.
