Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location: The Beeches – Gainsborough

Department: Residential

Compensation: £31,917 – £32,540 per year (£12.60 – £12.90 per hour)

Hours: 173 hours per month (typical shift pattern 2 days on, 4 days off with sleep‑ins)

Essential Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Provide high‑quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Help with daily routines and plan fun activities tailored to each child’s interests.
  • Act as a positive role model, supporting children to achieve amazing outcomes.
