Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for manageable caseloads and supportive management, then this is the perfect role for you. Leaders In Care are currently working with a small council in South Wales to join an experienced Child Protection team with a competitive pay and flexible working patterns and arrangements – allowing you freedom and flexibility throughout your role. Within this role you will have a capped caseload like your permanent colleagues – meaning you’re treated fairly from has undergone strong transformation and is keen to have social workers on board who have a real passion for positive outcomes and are child focused. Proper supervision is at hand with a long standing permanent senior management team in place where you can seek advice and feel safe and supported.
