A leading defence contractor is seeking a Change Manager to lead transformational change at the Royal Navy. As a Change Manager, you’ll shape, govern, and accelerate project change across programmes that matter for national defence. You’ll sit within the Project Management Office, leading a small team of senior change specialists and change specialists, and partnering daily with project managers, engineers, and the customer. It’s a role where your leadership will make complex work safer, smarter, and faster—while growing your capability in a mission‑critical environment
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
You’ll be working full-time, Monday–Thursday, 36 hours per week. This is a hybrid role with a mixture of working from home and working on site at our Faslane site.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
