Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing deliveries.
• Overseeing others assisting with deliveries.
• Stocking bars for events.
• Accurate stock counting, stock rotation and efficient stock organization.
• Acting as a cellar person during large scale events and their set-up.
• Assisting the bar manager with stock planning for events.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in bars and cellars.
• Complying with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety legislation.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Cellar Supervisor you will be working in a high-volume, fast-paced, extremely large site with multiple bars with plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, We are particularly interested in colleagues looking to progress in their responsibilities and ownership into Supervisor

• Receiving, checking and storing deliveries
• Overseeing other assisting with deliveries
• Stocking bars for events
• Responsible for accurate stock counting, stock rotation and efficient stock organisation and storage
• Cellar person during large scale events and their set-up
• Assisting the bar manager with stock planning for events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness both in the bars and in cellars
• Complying with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation

Working Pattern:Casual position offering flexibility to suit: full time hours plus additional available during campaigns
