Job summary

A local education authority in Brighton seeks an individual for the role of Catering Support Staff. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to kitchen team members while ensuring high hygiene standards and a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with the Catering Manager, supporting ordering and invoicing processes. This role offers a term-time, permanent contract with 35 working hours per week and is subject to a DBS check.

Job introduction

Under the guidance of the Catering Manager, the successful applicant will provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience., and assist the Catering Manager with ordering and invoicing processes.

Paid weeks per year: 45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Start date: As soon as possible

About the role

Reporting to the Catering Manager, this is an important role in maintaining the school’s high hygiene and kitchen standards. We are looking for someone who works well in a team, who has a systematic approach to their work and who is able to follow established procedures.
