They will work with external contractors for both emergency and routine matters and facilitate the estates management of the school and external events/lettings. They will work closely with the Headteacher and Facilities Manager to ensure cost effective use of materials and equipment, carry out risk assessments, maintain maintenance schedules and monitor performance of outside contractors.It is essential the successful candidate can organise their own workload and effectively prioritise tasks whilst having a flexible approach to their work. They must enjoy working as part of a team, be adaptable and supportive of colleagues.
