Broadview Animal Hospital is thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our talented team of Call Center Representatives! We are currently seeking a Full‑Time Representative for our Rochester, NH location.

Our Call Center Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in supporting pet parents and their beloved companions. If you are passionate about helping others and love animals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following settings:
    • Veterinary hospital
    • Medical/dental call center or front desk
    • Doggy daycare/kennel
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in:
    • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
    • Multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
    • Clear and empathetic communication
    • Time management and organization
