Job description

Can you translate HR data and insight into compelling commercial conversations? We are working exclusively with a global HR analytics and certification organisation employing more than 400 people worldwide. This retained role has been created to support continued growth across the UK & Ireland following internal promotion. The Business Development Manager will help organisations use evidence-based insight to strengthen people strategy and employer credibility.

You will engage senior HR stakeholders seeking data-driven benchmarking, insight, and validation of their people practices. The role involves selling structured programmes underpinned by analytics, methodology, and global datasets. You will manage complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, and articulate commercial value through insight-led discussion. Success will depend on your ability to position analytics as a strategic enabler rather than a transactional product.

The business offers a progressive, international culture focused on growth, learning, and wellbeing. This is a remote-first role with fortnightly attendance at their Hertfordshire HQ and occasional travel. The package includes a £50,000–£60,000 base salary plus bonus, private healthcare, pension, generous leave, phone allowance, home office support, and a personal development budget.
