A leading energy services company is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on delivering energy management solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching to senior decision-makers, and achieving revenue targets. Ideal candidates will have experience in the energy market and a proven ability to build relationships with clients. Salary £65,000 + car allowance + bonus

This role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability within a fast‑growing digital energy services business. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for pitching and demonstrating proprietary digital energy solutions, both in person and remotely, to senior decision‑makers across UK organisations. You will typically lead sales engagements with a Net Zero Consultancy offering, alongside core energy management services, providing customers with a fully holistic solution. Innovative tools such as a reverse auction platform and funded energy monitoring solutions form key differentiators within the proposition.

Hybrid working model, ideally two days per week in the office and three days remote, with flexibility based on business needs.
