Come on board as our new Business Development Manager and bring world‑class command‑and‑control (C2) and interoperability solutions to clients across Western Europe and North Africa, with a strong focus on the UK market
Your primary focus as Business Development Manager will be driving the growth of Systematic’s defence products and services related to IRIS and SitaWare in the Western Europe (WE) and North African (NA) markets. This involves both tactical and strategic relationship‑building with local customers, government officials and industry stakeholders, while gaining insights into their plans and needs.
You will become part of our Defence Business Development organisation, an ambitious team dedicated to making a difference for our customers and driving growth across Systematic Defence. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development for the UK, Western Europe and North Africa, your primary work location will be in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK, with the possibility of working two days a week from home when office commitments allow. The role also involves travel to customer locations across the UK, Western Europe and North Africa.
The successful candidate will have extensive military C2 experience, either within planning, operations or intelligence, or alternatively in technical or acquisition fields. Naval expertise is essential given our current customer focus, alongside solid knowledge of the defence C2 market. A strong and demonstrable network within the UK armed forces at SO2 level and above is also required.
