A company focused on clean energy is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the UK grid market. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in B2B sales and understanding of the UK energy landscape to identify opportunities and build client relationships. Are you a driven and consultative salesperson with a strong understanding of the UK energy grid? Would you like to contribute to a greener world by helping organizations make the switch to clean, battery‑powered energy? Become our Business Developer for the grid market at Greener Power Solutions.
You’ll be part of our Commercial Team, working closely with colleagues from Sales, Product, and Operations to expand Greener’s presence in the UK grid market. As our Technical Business Developer, you’ll take the lead in opening new doors and driving Greener’s growth in the UK grid market. You actively identify and approach new business opportunities, build and manage your own pipeline, and guide potential clients from first contact to signed contract. Combining your commercial drive with a deep understanding of the UK grid, battery energy storage systems, and energy transition projects, you know how to turn complex challenges into clear, valuable solutions. You don’t just sell; you consult. You ask the right questions, listen carefully, and advise customers on the best technical and commercial setup for their needs.
From preparing tailored proposals and delivering impactful presentations to negotiating terms and closing deals, you make sure every conversation moves things forward. You collaborate closely with our technical, product, and operations teams to design the right solutions, while keeping an eye on market trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies. You’ll also represent Greener at industry events, strengthen relationships with key players in the energy sector, and hand over new customers seamlessly to our account management team once the contracts are signed. It’s your mission to grow Greener’s presence in the UK grid market, win new clients, and show them how our mobile batteries can make their operations cleaner, smarter, and more flexible.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is a plus.
