A local government organization is seeking a Building Control Surveyor to oversee projects from plan checking to completion. This hybrid position requires at least 2 days per week in the office after inspections. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Building Inspector from Class 2A to 2F and must possess a full driving licence. The role offers competitive salary, development opportunities, and participation in a Dangerous structure rota.
Salary: Up to £50,011 plus a 10% Market Related Payment and a Golden Hello Payment of up to £5,011.
Employment Type: Full‑time.
Location: Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG. Hybrid working model – at least 2 days per week office‑based after inspections.
