Building Control Surveyor (Class 2A to 2F)

Salary: Up to £50,011 plus a 10% Market Related Payment and a Golden Hello Payment of up to £5,011.

Employment Type: Full‑time.

Location: Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG. Hybrid working model – at least 2 days per week office‑based after inspections.

Closing Date: 1st January 2026.

Interview Date: Week commencing 19th January 2026.
