The Ship Inn, located in the heart of the historic East Sussex town of Rye, is a family-friendly pub and dining room with 11 individually designed hotel rooms. We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to support the kitchen team in hosting breakfast service and assisting lunch service. You will get involved in food preparation and presentation making sure it can be the best it can, learning from the best. You will be a sponge and thirsty to improve, serving our customers high quality, well sourced, fresh food.
