What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a skilled BMS Design Engineer to deliver innovative BMS designs and engineering solutions for medium to large-scale projects across diverse building environments.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop complete BMS system designs from initial scope through to handover documentation.
• Produce control system strategy documents and technical specifications.
• Design hardware and software architectures, ensuring best practice and compliance.
• Carry out site surveys and provide accurate engineering input across project stages.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring successful project delivery.

Who are we looking for?

• Familiarity with PLCs, stand-alone controllers, and energy/power management systems.
• Experience in panel design, software configuration, graphic generation, and commissioning support.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
• Confident in conducting site surveys and working around live plant and equipment.

• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate with multiple external suppliers is highly desirable.
• Willingness to undergo security screening for certain projects.
• Significant experience in the design, control, and automation of building systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems.
