About the role

Kitch is excited to launch a new evening chapter, and we are looking for a confident and adaptable Barista/Bartender to join us for this next step. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience, a positive attitude and the ability to work both behind the coffee machine and the bar as we build this new offering together.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high quality coffees, cocktails and evening drinks
• Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service
• Support the smooth running of evening service including set up, closing and general upkeep
• Work confidently during busier periods while maintaining high standards
• Assist in shaping and developing the new evening offering with ideas and feedback
• Maintain hygiene, safety and cleanliness throughout the shift
• Represent the Kitch brand with energy and professionalism

What we are looking for

• Experience as a barista and/or bartender
• Comfortable making both coffee and basic cocktails
• A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt
• Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly manner
• Reliable, punctual and confident working independently when needed
• Passionate about hospitality and keen to help grow this new chapter
