Shifts include 7:00 am – 2:00 pm & 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm

An opportunity has arisen for a Bank Chef/Cook to join our existing team. Duties will include producing and serving high‑quality meals for patients, staff and external customers. You will also be required to interpret and manage all operational aspects of the kitchen and associated areas including deliveries, preparation, storage rooms, wash‑up, and supervision of staff working in these areas.

  • Supervise staff working in kitchen and associated areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene & H.A.C.C.P. regulations.

Preferred experience within a commercial/industrial background would be an advantage but is not necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or SVQ Level 3 (Catering/Professional Cookery).
  • Intermediate food hygiene certificate (essential).
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated approach to work and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work flexible shift pattern, including weekends.
