Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Band 3 Support Workers to join our team for a full-time continuous job across Poole and Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability, consistent hours, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist individuals with mental health conditions in their daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  2. Contribute to the assessment of individuals’ needs and assist in developing, reviewing, and updating care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  3. Observe and monitor the mental and physical health of service users, identifying any concerns or risks, and report these to senior staff or mental health professionals.
  4. Assist in managing crisis situations, including de-escalating difficult or challenging behaviors in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, safeguarding procedures, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Should have PMVA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule

Contract Length: Continuous

Schedule: Weekdays and Night (Monday–Sunday)

£16.21 – £23/hour
