We are looking for a Technical Owner to lead our AWS cloud migration end-to-end, from architecture design to flawless execution. Tata Elxsi offers comprehensive services in Media and Communications, including research, strategy, design, software development, validation, and deployment. With global presence and deep expertise, we specialize in 5G services, Edge computing, and connectivity solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Owner to lead our AWS cloud migration end-to-end, from architecture design to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the AWS cloud migration program from assessment to post-migration stabilization.
• Act as the single point of accountability for technical decisions, delivery milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and customer teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers.
• Lead cloud architecture design for AWS, including networking, security, compute, storage, and application architecture.
• Define target-state architecture, migration patterns (rehost, replatform, refactor, retire), and landing zone design.
• Ensure architectures follow AWS Well-Architected Framework principles (security, reliability, performance, cost, and operations).
• Review and approve detailed technical designs and migration plans.
• Lead application and infrastructure assessments to determine migration readiness.
• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback plans, and success criteria.
• Guide teams during build, migration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Ensure minimal downtime and business continuity during migration activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Proven experience in cloud architecture and large-scale migration programs.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect – Professional preferred).
