We're looking for an established AV Account Director who will play a leading role in the investment department, participate in knowledge sharing and training and work closely with the leadership team at Spark.
The role has a commercial focus which includes working with PMX central functions on market updates as well as feeding into trading agreements. We are looking for an accomplished Account Director or similar level in a media agency ready to step up into a leadership role.
As the Account Director you will be expected to demonstrate your confidence and understanding of working with high profiles and have a track record of hitting commercial targets.
This is a high-profile leadership position, working across major clients in a rapidly evolving AV landscape. You’ll lead brilliant people, influence senior stakeholders, and drive market-leading AV strategies across TV, VOD, Connected TV and Cinema.

Leading and developing a team of AV specialists, setting the standard for excellence and innovation
Owning AV strategy and delivery across high-profile client accounts
Building trusted relationships with senior clients and key media owners
Driving integrated AV thinking in collaboration with Planning, Digital, Audio and PMX teams
Playing a key role in trading conversations, negotiations and added-value opportunities
Championing innovation across Advanced TV, VOD and Connected TV
Contributing to new business pitches and agency-wide growth initiatives
Acting as an ambassador for Spark Foundry in the market
Strong leadership experience, with the confidence to manage and inspire teams
Deep knowledge of the AV marketplace, including TV, VOD, CTV and Cinema
Commercially savvy, with a proven track record of delivering against targets
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
Comfortable working with senior clients, auditors and media owners
Passion for innovation, collaboration and developing people
