If so, you could be just who we at Waylands Automotive are looking for!

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

We are looking to recruit two skilled Service Technicians to work alongside our existing dedicated team at our Honda dealership in Bristol. The successful candidate will be time served and hold NVQ or equivalent qualifications to Level 3.

In this role you will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, and repair and service customer vehicles. Main dealer experience would be preferred; however full training will be given. A full driving licence is essential.

What Do You Get in Return?
  • 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri and Saturdays on a rota basis.
  • Generous basic £35k, plus department bonus of up to £3k.
  • 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
  • Benefits platform with employee support programme
  • Discounted rates of vehicle parts and servicing
  • Opportunities for training and career progression
  • Contributory pensions scheme for eligible staff
  • Life insurance of 3 x salary
