Qualifications

• Professional welding qualifications are highly beneficial.
• Professionally Qualified Engineer in an engineering discipline.
• Welding experience in a fabrication environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Control documentation for weld procedures and qualifications.
• Monitor production welding activities and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 3834-2 Certification.

Skills

Knowledge of Automatic and/or Manual welding

Welding experience in a fabrication environment

Working knowledge of various NDE techniques

Ability to assess technical problems

Education

Professional welding qualifications (e.g. IIW/EWF)

Professionally Qualified Engineer (HND or equivalent)
