Join Vision Express as an Assistant Store Manager at our flagship store in Stratford Westfield, reopening December 2025. You’ll support the Store Manager in leading a large team, establishing a high-performance culture, driving exceptional customer experience and commercial success.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll focus on people management, coaching, and performance development, creating a culture of excellence and accountability. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining operational standards, and inspiring your team to deliver the very best in eye care and customer service.
