Assistant Manager - Up to £32,000 -40 hours per week

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager

• As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
• Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

• An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
• An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
• Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standardsAn emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
• An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner.
