You should understand the principles of Health & Safety and Security Risk analysis and management methodologies. You also require a full, current driving licence.You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and plan ahead, managing competing work priorities and resources. You will have the ability to influence and communicate effectively with professional officers and consultants in a project context and manage budgets and analyse financial information.It is desirable for you to have Membership of an appropriate professional body, Health and Safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH and Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management qualifications or similar.## Application PacksWe want everyone to be able to apply.
