Reporting to the Designer & Junior Designer, this role will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Working with the design team to develop the product range from concept to final product for both mens & womenswear categories and to be able to show this in season presentations.
  • Use their technical / innovative knowledge to create concept + design through to the delivery of the final product. To push this forward season on season.
  • The development of the design will be necessary. Working with Выс team and liaising with factories to ensure product is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • To be able to complement the design with the sourcing of trims and fabrics whilst sticking to a price point.
  • Being at the forefront of market trendsaniem both internally and externally.
  • Keeping up to date with knowledge of new factories and techniques used for fabrics, finished etc.
  • Supporting the manufacture base with any technical issues during production.
  • Keeping critical paths up to date throughout the season.
Requirements
  • Experience with designing / producing and updating product tech packs through the design / production process.
  • Knowledge of product and manufacture.
  • Strong Adobe skills in Photoshop / Illustrator.
  • Confident and clear communication skills at all levels and desire to build strong working relationships.
  • Planning and organisational skills, along with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Desire to improve ways of working and innovate, drive, enthusiasm and self‑motivation.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive within this fast‑growing business.
  • Understanding of the sports / performance market.
