We are looking to recruit an ambitious and progressive Crop Manager to further strengthen our Farming Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in crop care and plant health at one of the UK’s largest vegetable growers.

Role Overview
  • You will be responsible for looking after the crop from planting through to harvest.
  • Monitoring crop quality and growth, regularly communicating this information.
  • Working closely with our Agronomist and Crop Managers.
Key Requirements
  • Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding growing costs.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Sound decision‑making based on clear facts and thorough data analysis.
  • Analysing performance reporting on key metrics and measuring success.
  • Passionate about Agri‑Tech with a strong drive for ongoing development.
  • Self‑motivation and effective working independently.
  • Strong IT skills, and hands‑on experience using Agri ERP systems.
