Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages.
• Develop and coordinate detailed design information throughout RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and compliance are maintained.
• Prepare and submit planning and building warrant applications.
• Assist in site coordination, technical problem-solving, and responding to contractor queries.Ensure all work meets current regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements
