Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high-performing data team.
• Strong SQL and dbt expertise essential.
• Exposure to fast-paced development culture, ideally within consumer-facing products.
• Intense attention to detail and passion for building reliable systems.
• Desire to scale efficient and sustainable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of dbt models, BigQuery performance, and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Work closely with the VP Strategy and Analytics and the analytics team.
• Improve pipeline efficiency and reduce data latency.
• Be part of a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Take strategic ownership of Raylo’s analytics platform.
