Your role

Hours: Average 46.33 hours per week (45 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Halliwell Jones is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to take charge of the Aftersales department including Service and Parts. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the department operates efficiently and profitably. You will inspire, coach, and motivate your team while fostering a collaborative, results‑driven environment. Your Responsibilities
  • To ensure the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
  • To organise, direct and control the activities of Service and Parts Department staff to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.
  • To contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.

  • Strong track record of high achievement in aftersales/service.
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering the highest standards.
