Our Future Mobility team is looking to add a Lead Consultant to this brand-new team!

The Role:

What you’ll be doing:

Identifying perm opportunities across the UK & EU within one of our Future Mobility niches (commercial or engineering)

Play an integral part in developing our 360 perm business: market mapping, identify and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms and delivering top level candidates

Utilising your network, leveraging off existing relationships and continuing to develop your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long-term clients

Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and best solution offerings to potential clients

The Requirements:

  • Ideally 2+ years 360 recruitment experience, ideally within a relevant industry but not essential. Relevant markets include (but not limited to): any engineering, automotive, aircraft, drones, civil engineering, EV charging, Automation, renewables, software and electronics.
  • A proven track record of Business Development (Self-generated business and repeat business with these clients). This role will start job-heavy to get you acclimated to the new market and help you lead generate quickly as you start to own the vertical.
  • Evidence of consistency in performance (new clients andclient expansion)
