Job Summary

Modality Partnership East Surrey Division invites a full‑time Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join Townhill Medical Practice. The ANP will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care, manage medication, and support multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to medical problems: history taking, examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment, referral.
  • Provide preventative health care and advice in primary care.
  • Prescribe & review medication in accordance with evidence‑based practice, national protocols, within scope.
  • Maintain clinical records to high standard, safeguard confidentiality.
  • Contribute to evaluation, audit & clinical standard setting.
  • Attend meetings, provide cover for absent colleagues.
  • Deliver additional services on emergency basis, as within competence.
  • Undertake additional duties within clinical competence.
Person Specification – Essential
  • Registered first‑level nurse, relevant nursing/health degree, MA.
  • Advanced clinical practice skills, management of chronic/complex needs.
  • Clinical examination & leadership skills.
  • Non‑medical prescribing qualification, clinical supervision experience.
  • Excellent communication, triage, conflict management, teaching, resource management.
