Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team bookings team based out of the Taunton Diagnostic Centre.

This is a part‑time role of 24–36 hours per week, depending on preference.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Skills of organising filing systems and computer files

  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be booking patients while using the telephone
  • IT literacy

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services.

To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills.

A flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
