We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Healthcare Team at HMP Thameside name, a category B Prison located in London.

We are looking to recruit for an Administrator to join and assist with booking appointments for patients, updating the database, referrals as well as other administration duties.

Hours

Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £29,837 per annum FTE - depending on experience. (Refer to national salary template. Add FTE if a part-time role)

What you'll be doing

As an Administrator you will have varying responsibilities. You will

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.
