Beaumanor Care Home is a purpose-built nursing and residential service in Loughborough that supports up to 53 service users. The home offers a safe and welcoming environment with all-ensuite single rooms, many with patio access, spacious lounges, dining areas with canal views, a hair salon, accessible bathing facilities, lift access and well-kept gardens with sensory planting and quiet seating areas.
The team focuses on person-centred care, working closely with local GPs and visiting professionals, including opticians, chiropodists and hairdressers. Regular activities, social interaction and individual support plans are in place to help people maintain dignity, independence and a good quality of life.
We are looking for an Activities Coordinator who can plan and deliver a varied programme of individual and group activities that reflect the interests, preferences and abilities of our service users. The role includes both in-house activities and supporting people to access the community, such as local walks, café visits, shopping trips or larger planned outings. You will record activity participation, involve families where possible and help shape the overall experience of life in the home.

Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as full training and shadowing will be provided. What matters most is that you are genuinely interested in supporting people to live well and enjoy meaningful activities.
